This beautiful apartment in the heart of the Villa Olímpica is extremely convenient as the visitor is close to the Nova Icaria beach (300 meters) and yet within walking distance to the Old Town of Barcelona, the Gothic Quarter, El Borne and the famous La Rambla.
The apartment:
The Icaria apartment is located in a modern building in the Villa Olympic which has a beautiful promenade which is nice for leisurely strolls at any time of the day but even more so in the evening. This is a very lively neighborhood with lots of trendy restaurants and bars and the atmosphere is alive and palpable!
At a 200 meters' walk from apartment you will find the Villa's shopping centre, which houses the 15 screen Icaria cinema (all movies are shown in original version) as well as many restuarants, shops, supermarkets and pretty much anything yyou may need.
